How can I check my bookings?

All bookings made will show on your scopay app. Parents are encouraged to log in to the app to check bookings. The Moorhens Team also have access to this system and will be able to see any bookings that you have made.

I want to cancel a booking, can I have a refund for the session?

As per the terms and conditions of the Extended Schools Policy, refunds and credits are not available for advance bookings. In the event that an ad hoc booking is cancelled with 48 or more hours notice, a credit will be applied to your account.
